Terra Nova Voyager

Camp in the Northwest Highlands. I have had the Terra Nova Voyager 2 person tent for over 16 years and although not particularly light weighing in at 2.5 kg it is very robust. I have camped with it in some really rough conditions and in some very exposed areas and have never had a problem with it. My first wild camp with it was on top of the Trotternish ridge in very strong winds and the tent didn’t even flap (much to my relief). While I tend to use the Laser Competition tent on solo camps, I take this one with me if the weather conditions look rough or camping with another. If camping on rough rocky ground I usually use a tarpaulin as a ground sheet to provide extra protection for the tent as in this piccy if you look close. After 16 years of hard use this tent is still in excellent condition. Not sure if they still make them this good but you can still buy them and you can also buy a lightweight version of this classic.
